Hospital, Petrol (Gas) Station, Grocery Store, Park, Short walk away from Roseau (Capital).  

What is the cancellation policy?

You can receive a full refund if you cancel your trip within the first 24 hours of your booking confirmation. Bookings are otherwise non-refundable.

We understand that we live in unprecedented times and things happen at the last minute. If there have been unforseen circumstances causing you to miss your booking, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make arrangements. 

Can I arrange tours of Dominica through Rose St Gardens?

 No - but we can refer you to the people who can. 

Are meals provided with the room?

 The room is equipped with a Continental Breakfast (cerals, fruits, coffee, milk tea, yogurts).

How far away is the property from Roseau?

 3-5 minute walk into Roseau
1 minute driving. 

Are guests welcome to visit me during my stay?

 Durring COVID19, we do not encourage guests to visit. Quarantine conditions and protocols apply. 

Is the property family friendly?

Yes

Will I be able to work from the property? Is there a reliable internet conection? 

 Absolutely. There are work areas and a reliable internet connection provided at no additional charge. 

Are there private bathroom facilities available, or is it shared? 

 3 out of 4 rooms comes with their own private washroom facillities.
