Rose St Garden Guest House Refund and Payment Policy

At Rose St Garden Guest House in Dominica, we are dedicated to ensuring our guests a smooth and enjoyable experience. To clarify our reservation process and payment policies, we have updated our refund policy as follows:

Booking Confirmation and Payment: Full payment must be completed to confirm a booking and receive keys to your accommodation. Until payment is received, a reservation cannot be held or guaranteed. Payment can be made through our secure booking platform or other accepted payment methods.
No Refund Policy: Once a booking has been made and payment has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason once you have entered the room. We advise all guests to carefully review their reservation details before confirming their booking.
Cancellations with 72-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel your reservation, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice before your scheduled check-in time. In the event of a cancellation with proper notice, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations with 7-Day Notice: For a 100% refund of the total booking amount, you must cancel your reservation at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in date. This allows us to manage our booking availability effectively.

Please be aware that reservations will not be considered confirmed until full payment has been received. We recommend completing payment promptly to secure your booking.

All cancellations must be made in writing, sent to our email address, or communicated through our official booking platform. The cancellation notice period will be based on the timestamp of the email or platform message.

We highly recommend that our guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances that may lead to cancellations.
